Breath & Bone
Where weary hearts bloom again.
Hope for the valley. Truth for the journey. Grace for the weary heart.
I’m so blessed that you’re here!
I know what it’s like to walk through seasons that feel long and lonely. I’ve wrestled with chronic illness, anxiety, depression, unanswered prayers, and wondering if God was still working when I couldn’t see Him.

This is a place where we’ll open Scripture together, share honest stories, and remember that God still brings life to dry bones. My prayer is that every article, Bible study, and resource points you back to Christ and reminds you that hope is never out of reach—even in the valley.
Welcome. I’m honored to walk this journey with you.
